When I open internet explorer, all the images look very
low-quality and pixelly. However, when I save an image
from the internet onto my harddrive and open it from
there, the image displays fine. I noticed that when I
open the image from my harddrive, it also displays
smaller than it does in IE, but I can't figure out how to
