IE6 can't connect to internet on other user acct

I am running XP Pro SP1 and I recently setup two user accts. IE6 works on
the admin user account but it doesn't on the limited user acct. I get a
"page cannot be displayed" error. I changed the limited user acct to an
admin acct and I get the same error message when I start IE. I can also ping
the yahoo site but I can't get to the internet from that user account. The
internet connection settings are identical for both user accounts. Please
help. Is there some box I need to uncheck somewhere?

Did you configure internet options for that user...You could/can always delete
the account,create new as administrative,set up,then switch it to limited.
