IE6 Browser shuts down randomly

[Dumpy]

HI
My IE6 browser shuts down suddenly when visiting some sites. now a
days it has increased a lot. I have installed Netscape 7.1 and it is
working fine. this IE problem just started recently.. I uninstalled
all the Java components , repaired IE 6.0 and even downgraded it to
IE5.5 sp2 , but no vail. The problem still exists. I deleted all the
cookies, history, temp folder and other stuff. MY OS is win 2000. So
anyone have any solutions. I would really appreciate it. There is no
option to uninstall the IE. It has only repair and downgrade option.
