ie6 behaving strange

my ie6 has been acting very strange for the past several
weeks. this happens sporadically and i cannot figure out
what causes it. whenever i click on a link on a page that
i am viewing, instead of taking me to that page, i either
get page not found or some other weird looking error or
some other page which i may have viewed some time ago. it
is also very very slow. sometimes also i will click on a
link after it gave me that ambiguous page and it will take
me to the correct page.

what do you think is wrong with my ie6?

unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
