When Iopen the IE6 'internet options' box and
choose 'programs', there is no default for 'email' and no
selections on the drop down menu. I want to use my
Outlook Express 6 but don't know how to 'tie' it into
IE6. Can anyone help?

If you export the following key from a working machine and import it into
the registry of the non-working machine, you should be OK:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail
...alternatively, a repair of IE might resolve your issue
