IE6.0

Lately when I click on internet sites using IE6.0 a window
pops up saying there is an error at which time I am to
click resume or cancel. Doesn't matter what I do from
that point because other windows will pop up saying there
is an error then my system freezes. I then must reboot.
It will work for a while then freeze again.

Rule out parasites. If still no joy press the details button next time you
get the error and post it.



Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.

More: This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
