IE won't load on Guest id

XP home, Messenger works ok, Netscape works ok. IE works ok
all 3 other id's, but on Guest it has stopped working. When
you start IE nothing happens for a while then I see
Zonealarm Alert "Do u want Platform Jump.exe to access the
internet"...reply yes, then a while later, the IE window
opens with solid timer. When I close IE window get "not
responding" and an error report showing APPver
6.02.2800.1106 and modname hungapp. Taskmanger shows IE not
responding. This ONLY happens n the Guest ID .......3 other
id's are all ok.

Why would you reply yes to a message such as that?
If I saw a message like "Do u want Platform Jump.exe to access the
internet", I would give it a wide berth (even on the occurrence of a
strange word like "u" alone)

Have you looked at the properties of Jump.exe?
What folder is this odd program in?

I wouldn't except the kids had already done so !! The Jump
exe is on all of the id's on the m/c and pops up after
starting IE, so that's a red-herring.....IE runs fine on
any existing and newly created id's ( except Guest of
course)..fyi it's in in procheart folder in prog files.

Played some more............created new id with limited
functions ( same as guest id) and had same symptoms.
Created new id with admin functions and this is ok..so the
problem is with limited user id's only.

I have no idea what a "procheart folder" is supposed to be and can
find no information on such a name.

I cannot determine what sort of parasite Jump.exe is from the
information supplied.
