IE windows pop up don't work. Please Help

Can anyone help?

When browsing in IE. Any time when I try to right click on a link and open in New Windows. The new windows will come up and just freeze, but the new window can be close. Also, If the page I browse trying to open a pop up windwos for video or other info it will freeze too. Even microsoft windows updated is not working.

It was working yesterday morning but stop all of sudden in the afternoon. Reboot don't help. No new software were ever install before the problem occur.

I install netscape and it works fine. What is wrong with my IE???
