IE windows minimized

When i have to have numerous windows open in Internet
Explorer, the windows are always locked in minimized
mode, making me have to right click the windows in the
task bar and select maximize. THis is annoying! I have
tried everything i can think about to try to fix this,
but to no avail. I have XP SP1 and all updates.
Please help!

Hi

Right click on taskbar; select "Properties"; uncheck "Group similiar taskbar
buttons"; then click ok.
