Standard Buttons (which is greyed out, checked)
Address Buttons (greyed out, checked)
Links (greyed out, unchecked)
Adobe PDF (greyed out, checked)
(hr/break line here--------)
Text buttons (checked)

Joe,
You might not be RIGHT clicking in the proper place... The MENU
bar and the TOOLBAR are two different things. Make sure you are
RIGHT clicking the TOOLBAR.. That is the one with the BACK-FORWARD-
STOP-HISTORY etc. and select CUSTOMIZE... This will only let you
change the BUTTONS. It won't change the wallpaper behind the tools.
You have to do that elsewhere.. If you are on a Network, they might have
it setup so you can't change the toolbar without Administrator priviledges.
Hope this helps.
