IE sp1 keeps crashing

My internet explorer keeps crashing for some reason, and
after i close it through task manager it always asks me
to send in an error report. The error message reads:

it seems many ppl on other forums i've searched have the

Go to Start|Run, and type in: regsvr32 /i urlmon.dll
Press OK, Eventually you should get a Success message, re-boot.
