IE Settings

Hello
I have a Win2k Terminal Server and I'd like all users that log on to have proxy disabled in IE. I wrote a script to modify the registry, but if the users don't have admin rights, I get deny accessing the registry error. How can I disable the Proxu settings in IE for everyone

Group Policy -> User Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Internet Explorer Maintenance -> Connection -> Proxy Setting

Group Policy -> Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Internet Explorer -> Make proxy settings per-machin
