My friend is having a problem with IE 6 on his Windows XP. He thinks he may
have deleted a file or something.
What happens is, when he has a browser window open and is at a site that
wants to open another window (I'm not talking popups, I mean a secondary
window or child window, a second window on top of the main window), when
that new window opens, the original window, or parent window, closes. So he
loses the place he came from.
Is there a setting somewhere we're missing? Why is that original window
closing? Usually you can open as many windows as you want, but he can only
have one window open at a time.
Thanks for your help!
