IE offline/online

Hello,

It seems that when I am working offline like on MS word I
get this little box that tells me that the web page I am
on is offline and offers me to connect/stay offline.
When I am online I get the same box. When I hit connect
while online it says cant get online ahhhh I am on line
why is this happening now? Thanks for any help someone
may provide.

.Yea I get the same problem its so weird u can try

deleting all of your offline pages maybe that could
work. It didnt work for me but it doesnt show up that
much anymore.
