This morning I did the Microsoft update, and now I cannot
use IE. (am using netscape right now). I was getting this
error screen, and it would keep flashing very rapidly,
badurl.grandstreetinteractive.com. Looked it up, some said
it was a virus, others said no. I ran a full scan of my
Ad-Aware, as well as a full system scan by Norton. Picked
up 16 'threats', got rid of them. Now, that badurl thing is
gone, but when I open IE, I just get 'The page cannot be
displayed'. No matter what site I try, even yahoo. If I
right-click on the screen & click properties, my address says -
res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm#http://www.yahoo.com/
Any ideas? I think in my ad-aware process, I may have
deleted something that wasn't suppsoed to be?
Thanks.
