IE new windows open in small minimized window

For some reason, now, when I right click on a link to open
another window it opens in a small minimized window. When
I left click the link it stays in the maximized window.
How do I correct this so when I right click it will open
the new window maximized? Win XP,IE6.

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
