IE keeps freezing on me!!!

Every time I open up one window from anothor IE freezes on me and this is
the error message I get.
C:\DOCUME~1\DAVIDA~2\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1C.tmp.dir00\IEXPLORE.EXE.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\DAVIDA~2\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1C.tmp.dir00\appcompat.txt
Does Anyone know how I can fix this problem??? it only started whe nI
upgraded to XP.

Try these steps:

==Step 1==
Disable the tool bands and Browser Helper Objects features:

Close all instances of Internet Explorer
Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
Double-click Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab.
Under Browsing, click to clear the Enable third-party browser extensions
(requires restart) check box.
Restart Internet Explorer.

==Step 2==
Additionally, use BHODaemon and disable unwanted browser helper plugins:

==Step 3==
Run Ad-Aware and remove the malware products from the system. Download from
www.lavasoftusa.com
