ie is REALLY slow when using forms

one day 6 months ago almost EVERY from i use got really
slow- it takes like 20 seconds to load the new page
i dont think its my internet's fault - whenever this
happens, ie basically freezes for 20 seconds i cant click
anywhere, this is really frustrating me can anyone please
help?
