IE incorrectly Maximizing

When I try to maximize IE, it's expanding to the lower
half of my monitor's screen with 1/2 the page out of view
under the task bar area. Rebooting hasnt helped. Is there
some setting somewhere that I need to fix? Or should i
just uninstall and reinstall IE?
