IE - Illegal Operation

C

Chris Wheldon

All,

For some inexplixable reason by IE crashed in the middle of surfing and now
when I try to get back it an error message comes up. There are two
differing illegal operation messages.

One of which confirms that Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module
VX2.DLL and another regarding Kernal32.DLL

I have tried re-instaling but to no avail.

In addittion this error message is coming up when I try to go into my
computer, control panel and windows explorer!!

Comments would be appreciated

Regards
Chris

First eliminate any scumware.
See

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
