IE Home Page Gets Reset

The home page of IE is reset to 69.50.184.52/find4u
everytime is open IE. I have went into the registry and
deleted all occurences of this entry but everytime I shut
down and reopen IE the home page is reset to
69.50.184.52/find4u.

You have been hijacked.
You need Spybot Search & Destroy

and Ad-Aware http://lavasoft.element5.com/support/download/
Use them both. Spybot S&D can be set to prevent your homepage from being
changed.
Also, you might want to use Spyware Blaster
