IE error when close

I get the usual message, "IE has encountered a problem
and is forced to be shut down..etc" after I close out of
internet explorer. When I click on the details, this is
what i see:

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName:
shlwapi.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2900.2180 Offset: 00008352

Can anyone help me get rid of this? Thanks!
