IE error message

I SEARCHED AROUND THE DELL SUPPORT SITE AND THIS ONE FOR
A WHILE AND CANT FIND AN ANSWER...WHEN I GO TO CERTAIN
SITES, (SPECIFICALLY, IWON.COM AND WEATHER.COM) I GET AN
ERROR MESSAGE WITHIN THE SITE THAT STATES "INTERNET
EXPLORER CANNOT OPEN THE SITE 'IWON.COM' OPERATION
ABORTED"..IN THE CASE OF IWON, IT ALLOWS ME TO THE MAIN
PAGE, "MY IWON", "IWON TODAY" ETC..BUT TO CLICK ON
ANYTHING ON "IWON TODAY", THE MESSAGE POPS UP, AND SHUTS
IT DOWN. ALSO ON THE WEATHER CHANNEL LOCAL PAGE, THE SAME
THING HAPPENS...ANY IDEAS? I CLEANED CACHE, DELETED SOME
FAVORITES, RAN SOME NORTON STUFF..I STILL GET THE SAME
ERROR, AND COULDNT FIND "OPERATION ABORTED" ON THE
MICROSOFT TROUBLESHOOT.

thanks for the info, i'll check it out, run ad-aware and
pest patrol, and see if that helps..ill do the
research...thank you!
