IE Error Message

Everytime I close out the internet explorer I get an error message
that "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close". I have reinstalled the Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader
and still am having the same probelms. HELP!!! I could have more than
one window open and it will close all the windows and/or tabs...I have
also reinstalled the IE7

So How many messages you think you sent here in the General Group for XP,
not just you are in the wrong group you are not patient and do you think that
will get you any help or do a favor to your situation?.
Please wait at least 24 Hours to get any response to your Q and send in the
relevant Group to get more accurate response and good answers.

While we are at it do the following.
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Network and Internet Connections >> Internet
Options.
On the IE properties click on General Tab and clear your History, Internet
Files and Delete all your cookies.
Click On Programs tab then Manage Add-Ins and Disable all Non-Verified
Add-Ins (you will need to renable them Later one-by-one and see which will be
the culprit and Leave Disabled or Uninstall it from the Add/Remove Programs
in Control Panel.
Then Click on Advanced tab scroll down under Browsing option and uncheck
this Box:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browsers extensions (Req Rest)
Click Apply then click [OK]
Reboot your machine and see if the issue will resolve.
Be sure your Machine is clean from malwares and perform Disk CleanUp and
Defrag.
Also it could be in some cases Bad RAM/Memory so test the Memory by Memtest.
