Hello,
We have a web site which makes heavy use of HTCs, DHTML,
and CSS. Occasionally when accessing this web site, the
browser crashes with the "Internet Explorer has
encountered a problem and needs to close." message.
Opening the details reveals the following:
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName:
mshtml.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1400 Offset: 00198788
I've found the following knowledge base article
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=817786), and think we
might be experiencing something similar to this. However,
before I went down the road of following that article up,
I thought I would post here and see if anyone had any
other information or ideas.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks,
DSchwemley
