IE Crashing

Whenever content advisor is enabled, Internet Explorer
crashes. The message is:
Internet Exployer has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvieniece. More info
button provides: AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer:
6.0.2900.2180 ModVer: 6.0.2900.2180 Offset: 000144fa
ModName: msrating.dll
Any suggestions to resolve this problem?

Got the same problem, also includes my windows help and support, and my
AOL instant messenger.

AppName: aim.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: msrating.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2900.2180 Offset: 000144fa

I have been having this problem for some time, and tried the fix you
suggested without succcess. Even being over 18 didn't help!
