IE cannot open the Internet Site

hey, my situation is, sometimes when i go into some
internet sites an error message comes up saying "Internet
Explorer cannot open the Internet Site" with the site
address in the error message and then it says "Operation
Aborted". It always does that when i check my emails in
hotmail, so i cant access my emails. When i click on "OK"
on the error message, it takes me to "This page cannot be
displayed". Iv tried refreshing the page or going 'back'
and sometimes it works but sometimes if i refresh or
click 'back' the error message just comes back up and te
same thing happens again, it takes me back to the "Page
cannot be displayed" (happens when i check my emails. Iv
also tried checking my "Internet Options" and "Security
Settings".
HELP! what can i do to solve this problem??

Operation aborted is caused by parasites.

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
