IE can open a second window

I have found that for some reason using XP w/SP2 that when I browse
and click to open a 2nd window the window will pop open and stay
blank.. nothing happens.. if I put the mouse over the window it shows
busy at least fo a few secs..

Any idea? I have shu off pop up blocker and even secuity no change

If I use a 3rd party browser 9Firefox) it works fine

help <g>

I've had the same problem..I have to press STOP and then refresh and it will
then work. But so far, no "fix" for it.

See Microsoft knowledge base article #281679. It fixed mine! I had to take
it to the second level. Good luck!
