IE and different user accounts

Hi,

I need assistance.

I am operating Windows XP professional and we have two
user accounts for the one computer.

I have downloaded IE6 and the Service Packs.

However, whilst Microsoft Outlook works fine when I
switch from one user to the other, if the Internet
Explorer is open then the second user can access the IE
under their account if its open under the first account.

The IE says its found the default website and starts to
download but then just stops.

Can anyone help me?
