IE & Acrobat 7

Dear all,

I have a problem with IE and PDF files.

I can open PDF files stored on my PC by double clicking on them, this launches Acrobat 7 and the PDF displays. - All good.

However if I click on a link to a PDF on the Internet, I gets a box asking if I would like to save the file, or open it outright. If you click open it does not display, instead you get the save box up asking you to save it the PC first. Once saved you can open the file from the desktop. A very lengthy process, especially when all his reports come back as PDF files.

I have removed all previous versions of Acrobat 7 from the computer, restarted, and re-installed the application (not ghosted).

I have also checked the IE settings but nothing here seems to point to the problem.

Any thoughts ?
