IE 7beta 2 hijacked and jacked up!

Greetings,
winXP sp2, adware, spybot, norton (all uptodate), I updated from IE6 to the
beta of IE7. Here are some of the issues I've had so far. (note) I've been
thru all the threads here.
My home hage has been hijacked by MSN. I tried most of the fixes in the
thread.
My Google toolbar shows when the first tab is up, if you open another tab it
disappears.
When I goto a web site like "download.com" and click download, I get
nothing.... no sound, no dialog, nada!

I've done clean boots with XP, done all the basic "stuff", run all the anti
"stuff", and read thru all the thread for other idea's. No other software has
been installed since the IE 7 beta. I've disabled all the anti stuff and
tried it also.

anyone have any ideas?
