IE 7 Won't Save My Homepage... :-(

I keep typing Google in as my homepage under Internet Tools, but it keeps
reverting back to 'blank'. I have also tried using the 'Add or Change
Homepage' in the Homepage Menu - still reverts to 'blank'... :-(

Is there some new trick to setting the Homepage in IE Version 7.0.5700.6 ... ?

Hi nokomis,
Try to change the Homepage in Safe Mode and see if it will stick to it in
Normal mode.
If you have ZA,Spysweeper, Ad-Awre,Spybot S&D, Spyblaster..etc. the all have
option in the configuration to change the Home page, or you can Disable them
from the StartUp Programs and do your changes while the Software Disabled.
Type in a Run Command; msconfig click Ok and on the window click Startup
Tab and uncheck the pre mentioned Programs if you have any!.
HTH.
Please let us know if you need further help.
Regards,
nass
