IE 7 Beta uses too much CPU

I have been testing IE 7 beta for over a week now. One other thing (besides
stealing focus from other windows) I noticed is that when running IE 7, I
keep seeing that my CPU utilization is high. It will suddenly shoot up to 80%
or even 90% and will slow down everything I am doing including scrolling down
a webpage. When I checked the task manager when this happens, I notice that
it is IE that is occupying the CPU.

Any comments or has anyone else seen this?

I've read other complaints about this. I wonder if turning off the
anti-phishing filter makes a difference?
