IE 6's Autocomplete Function not saving data

On my XP Pro PC's Internet Options | Content, I have enabled the 3
options for saving forms, passwords, etc. When using IE, I am prompted
to save login/password data. However, the data is not being saved.
When visiting the same site, the login/password data is not available.
I keep needing to enter it but its not saving.

What other settings need adjusting.

Try clearing all data then turning auto complete off, then on again.

Thanks for the MS support website. Under services.msc, Protected
Storage was disabled. Problem solved !
