IE 6 / XP Text Size

User changes their IE Text size from the default "medium" to their
preference. Then next day when they log back on the setting has reverted
back to the default "medium". With earlier operating systems the change was
permanent, how do we get this setting to hold????

Try the following and see if it helps:

Try going to 'Tools>Internet Options>Advanced' then click the 'Restore
Defaults' button. Also try going into your display settings from 'Control
Panel' and set any customized windows options or themes to default. That
took care of it for me. Good luck.
