IE 6 Title bar

Recently my ISP was changed from attbi.com to comcast.net. As part of the
Comcast automated transition the title bar in OE 6 and IE 6 now say:

"Outlook Express provided by Comcast High-Speed Internet"
Microsoft Internet Explorer Provided by Comcast High-Speed Internet"

is there a way to change this? It seems to me I did it once before but
have no clue as to how I did it.
