IE 6 not receiving new site certificate from certain websites.

I have been trying to access click n pay at semco energy.com and I keep
getting a pop up that states security certificate has been revoked for this
site. Contact site administrator, which I did. They checked and their
certificates have not been revoked. I can't get in to their secure server,
to make my payment online.

I have IE 6 default settings and I have them added as a trusted site. What
do I need to do?
