IE 6 New Browser Window

When a new window opens in IE 6 (WIN XP Pro)either from
using Ctrl+N or from a link on a web page it opens at a
very tiny size.
This is a new problem that occured after I clicked on a
link and it resized the new window to this tiny size.
Is there some setting that I can get to that will correct
this?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
