IE 6 Error

I have a Widnows 2003 server with IE 6.0 SP1. This same server is running
IIS. I can' browse to any page on the IIS server of the local machine. The
weird thing is that other clients can open pages on this IIS server just fine
and this server can open pages everywhere else that I have tried, just not
pages on the IIS server on the local machine. I know it sounds like I'm
talking in circles. This has been a very confusing problem. The error that I
receive is "Error 501/505 - Not implemented or not supported "

I opened IE, deleted cookies and files and set all defaults, still no luck.
