IE 6 Error - Explorer caused an invalid page

I'm getting the following everytime I open Internet Expolorer (on Win 98)

EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
module <unknown> at 0000:03425bf0.

I tried reinstalling this software version again but without any success.
