IE 6 Displaying images created on a Mac with Photoshop

C

Clay Carlson

I am having trouble with IE 6 displaying images on some
pages. I have heard that sometimes IE 6 will disable
images created with Photoshop on a Mac, but I have been
unable to find a fix for this. I do know that some of
the pages that I am having trouble viewing were in fact
created with Photoshop on a Mac, which leads me to
believe that there is some validity to what I heard.

Can anyone help me find a fix?

Hi Clay,

The latest IE security address may address this issue. Try installign the
updates from windowsupdate.com and see if it helps.

I am completely updated, but still having a problem viewing some web
pages, the problem MAY not be due to PS images created on a Mac, but I
definately do have a problem viewing some pages that I know for a fact
have been created in that way. Guess I'll just have to deal with it.

Hi Clay,

Please give us an address to look at. I've never ever seen a Postscript file
posted on the web or embedded in a webpage... Are you sure you are talking
about .PS files?

Kind regards
