IE 6 Closes Automatically or when Link is Chosen

Hi,

I am a network admin. A few computers on our network have
a problem with IE 6 (a new problem I have not encountered).
When opening, the browser may be fine. When typing in a
url or choosing a link, IE 6 closes.

I have tried reinstalling IE6 to no avail.

Most of the machines I notice are XP that are having the
problem.
