IE 6.0 Running XP Home

R

Robert

I have tried everything to uninstall and reinstall 6.0 and
still get the same error message, "Page cannot be displayed".

I have looked at every article relating to to this error
message and completed all of the recommendations, still no
luck.

I have reinstalled windows, deleted IE during installation
and after. IE no longer appears in the Add Remove section,
but still appears in Program files. After deleting from
there I redownload IE6 from Microsoft and run the install
and get "A newer version of this program is on the system"

I currently use Netscape or Mozilla, any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Robert,
Most errors of that type are adware or Winsock related.
