IE 6.0 blank screens

On several computer while working on the internet, one of
the links that you click, will open a new window.
However, the window will be blank, no address, nothing on
the status bar. If you save that page as a favorite and
then open a page, the page will appear.

I have tried doing the November 2003 Security Update,
upgrading to IE 6.0 SP1. No help it still does it.

Any ideas, anything would be of great help. Thanks in
advance for any advice.
