identifying financial quarter from date

Hi I need to identify which financial quarter a date may be in. I found
a formula in one of my books but it displays a calender quarter not a
financial one. My financial year starts April. Any help would be much
appreciated.

="FY"&YEAR(A1)-1+(MONTH(A1)>=4)&"--Q"&INT(1+MOD(MONTH(A1)-4,12)/3)

April 1, 2006 will be FY2006--Q1, right?
