Identifying Files That Can't Be Defragged

Several files on my C drive cannot be defragmented. They range from 20 MB to
355 MB. I'd like to delete them, but cannot open or identify them. Can
anyone tell me what they are and if it is safe to delete them? They appear
on the log as \s3q0, \s3a0.7, \s3a0.6, \s3s8.5, \s3s8.4

There also files appearing as \System Volume Information that cannot be
defragmented. I can't open the System Volume Information folder - "Access is
Denied." Clicking on Properties shows 0 Bytes, 0 Files, 0 Folders. Can the
folder or its contents be deleted?

Turn off your Virtual Memory. Defrag will run slower, but the green will be
mostly gone.

do a disk cleanup before the defrag. and select the extra option to delete all but latest restore point.
