identify cause of junk mail

Hi,
I am trying to identify how an outlook junk mail filter would catch an
email, so that the email could be made in a way that would not cause the
outlook junk filter to catch it. This is a legitimate bulk mailing to
partners of the organization.
Is it possibly to find out why an outlook junk filter would catch an email?
Any troubleshooting steps I could take?

Any ideas or resources appreciated.

Thank you.

Don't send junk and it won't catch it. Any unsolicited bulk mail is, by
definition, junk. I don't think you'll find many in this group who are
willing to help you circumvent the Junk E-mail filter.

Ok, I suppose this may veer into the area of unsolicited email creation,
which I would not expect any help on, and don't practise. This however, is
requested emails from the organization, therefore would not be "unsolicited".
This might be the wrong community for this, thanks anyhow.

Have you tried your message and found that Outlook does catch it? Microsoft
does not publish the algorithms they use for determining if a message is junk.
