This may be an elementary question, but here goes-- I have two identities
set up on my computer (xp). ICQ starts with both of them. I don't want it to
start with my identity. How do I disable it for just one identity?

Hi,

Disable it from starting within its settings. Then place a shortcut to it in
the startup folder for the user who does want it.

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
