Windows Vista Icons disorganized each start up

Each time when I start up my laptop (Window Vista Home premium) my desktop is completely disorganized. I arrange everyday my icons and the day after they are entirely mess up.

I don't use Desktop Icons but THIS may help you better.

Well....it is a bit too simple.?

Thx for ur answer but it is for beginners and it don't explain me anythings for my troubles.
If anybody has a clue, I will be happy to read it.
It's like somebody is coming during the night and changing the place of all my icons.
