icon size on task bar

I was making some different changes to resolution, accessibility wizard,
icon size and now the icons on the task bar (quick launch tool bar and
system tray) are larger than before and I can't find the way to return them
to their original size.
Everything else on desktop and in start menu are the correct size.
Ideas ??
Thanks Frank

You may toggle 2 sizes on the Taskbar, Large and Small. R-click Taskbar
by Quick launch area, View, and pick size.

Thanks. That fixed the icons in the quick launch area
but the icons in the system tray still are larger than before.
If I right click in that area and properties, get the task bar and start
menu properties box
but don't see any option in there to reduce the sys tray icon size.
Some option somewhere else ????
Thanks Frank

Try the following,

Right click an open area on your Desktop and select Properties
from the menu.
Note: You can also go into Control Panel and double click the
Display icon.
In Display Properties, click on the Appearance tab.
Near the bottom of the Appearance page, click on the Advanced
button.
In Advanced Appearances, click on the down are next to the Item
box.
Click on Caption Button.
Make sure the size is set to 25.
Click OK twice.

If that doesn't help, you might want to go to the Themes page
and see if switching to a different theme and back to your
current theme restores the default settings.

Good luck

Right-click the Start button, click the Start Menu tab, Customize
button, Small Icons. If that doesn't help with the notification area,
you'll have to go to Display Properties, Appearance, Advanced, or change
all sizes by increasing the Screen Resolution.

Switching back to standard XP theme fixed everything.
I then made my desired changes and all is OK now.
Thanks !
